We supply free samples if the total value is under USD 5, provided you have a DHL or UPS account — or another courier freight-collectable account — and agree to pay the courier freight.

If the total value of the samples is more than USD 5, we ask you to pay for the samples and the courier freight; we will send the samples after receiving your payment. If you don't have a courier account, you can send your own courier to collect the samples from our company, or send us the sample charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

Courier freight depends on the quantity, the weight and carton size, and your area.

Yes. Logos and imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways.

• Minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo, or it depends on the product range.
• Send us the artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF or AI format.
• For printing on the package (custom design package such as gift box or paper card) the minimum order is 5,000 units per model; send artwork in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format at 300 dpi.

We offer printing of your own logo from a minimum order of 100 pcs; above a certain quantity the printing tooling cost is free of charge, and custom packaging is available for orders of 1,000 pcs and above. The whole process usually takes 10 days or less — see Services.

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or ask us to send you a proforma invoice. We need the following information for your order:

• Shipping information — company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (courier, air or ocean container).
• Product information — model numbers, quantity, unit price.
• Delivery time required.
• Freight payment — collect or prepay.
• Forwarder's contact details if there is one, in China or Hong Kong.

Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T). We also accept:

• Western Union payment — especially for urgent and critical orders.
• L/C payment for bulk orders, depending on the order status.
• All major credit card and PayPal payments — especially for VIP clients; new clients depend on the order status.

It depends on the products — please contact us to make sure. Usually we do not accept orders of less than USD 1,000 in value (many models combined).

Yes — we can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

• For small quantity or weight less than 20 kg, usually by courier.
• For orders from 20 to 500 kg, by air to the airport near you.
• For big quantity or volume, usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on your choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way and destination country (airport or sea port).

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during the warranty period.

If you can sell our products worth USD 5,000 to USD 20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; if you can sell more than USD 30,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in your country.
