Everything below is handled by our own teams in Shenzhen — from the logo on the gift to the carton it ships in. Minimum quantities, lead times and terms are stated exactly as we work: no hidden conditions and no "starting from" prices. For order and payment questions, see the FAQ.

Logo printing and branding

Your logo or company name can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other methods. What you need to know before sending artwork:

Minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo — or it depends on the product range.
Send artwork by email in JPEG, TIFF or AI format.
Custom printed packaging (gift box, paper card) has a minimum order of 5,000 units per model; artwork in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format at 300 dpi.

OEM projects

With promotional and novelty gift items, CTO International specialises in branding services — we are proud of being fast and accurate. We can put your logo on the products in our OEM range:

Logo printing from a minimum order of 100 pcs.
Above a certain quantity (it depends on the product) the printing tooling cost is free of charge.
Custom packaging is available for orders of 1,000 pcs and above.
The whole process usually takes 10 days or less.

ODM projects

More and more companies differentiate themselves with a unique design. We can help you develop your own exceptional product based on our solutions.

For special promotional gifts or custom-designed merchandise, an ODM project usually takes about 3 months.
The budget largely depends on how sophisticated your design is.
We are willing to cover part of the cost of creating a new moulding if you give us volume orders.

Artwork and packaging

If you don't have print-ready artwork, it's not a problem: sketch it out or send us a file describing what you are looking for, and we will create new artwork or re-create your existing artwork in a printable format. Our packaging workshop designs and produces exclusive packaging for your order — because "value added" products sell better in packaging of their own.

Quality control and warranty

Merchandise always meets at least the quality you require.
Our QC team inspects the production lines and runs a final check before shipment.
Warranty is 6 to 12 months depending on the product, with free replacement of unqualified products during the warranty period.

Shipping and consolidation

Under 20 kg: usually by courier.
20 to 500 kg: by air to the airport nearest you.
Large volume: by ocean container.
We arrange sea, air and courier transportation and consolidate LCL shipments from Hong Kong and mainland China ports.
Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method and destination.

Sourcing in China

If you need unique merchandise — or simply want to take advantage of producing goods at a lower cost in China — we have the expertise to make the process almost as easy as sourcing domestically. Looking for something that doesn't exist yet? We can manage the entire process, from developing specs to sending production samples, so the final product is exactly what you wanted.

Payment

Our usual payment term is wire transfer (T/T). We also accept Western Union (for urgent orders), L/C for bulk orders depending on the order status, and all major credit cards and PayPal for VIP clients — new clients depend on the order status.
